At Ambe & Co., each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using natural materials. Subtle variations in colour, texture, shape and finish are part of the jewellery’s unique character and are not considered defects.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and are here to assist if anything is not as expected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ambeandco.com, including clear photographs and a description of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, where required in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

UK & EU Returns (Change of Mind)

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging and certificates

Return Fees (UK & EU)

As we offer complimentary shipping on all orders, returns are subject to the following:

  • A £7.50 handling fee will be deducted from your refund for eligible returns
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of secure, insured return shipping

This fee contributes to the careful inspection, secure handling, and restocking of returned pieces.

International Orders (Outside UK & EU)

Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns for refunds on orders delivered outside of the UK and EU, except in cases where an item is faulty or incorrect.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A refund, where a replacement is not possible

Important Information (International Orders)

  • Returns for any reason other than damage or error are not accepted
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused during international transit once the order has been dispatched

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or certification

Sizing

We recommend confirming sizing prior to purchase. 

Return Process (UK & EU Eligible Returns)

  1. Email info@ambeandco.com with your order details and request
  2. Await approval and return instructions
  3. Ship the item using a secure, insured service

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
