Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):
- UK: 2–3 working days
- Europe: 3–5 working days
- USA: 6–7 working days
- Canada: 6–7 working days
- Australia: 6–7 working days
- New Zealand: 6–7 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier performance.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, unless otherwise stated.
- Pre-order or made-to-order items may take up to 6 weeks to dispatch and will be clearly noted on the product page.
- Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
- Dispatch may be delayed due to payment authorisation, security checks, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Delivery, Duties & Taxes
- UK orders: VAT and applicable duties are included where required by law.
- International orders: VAT, import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Any applicable fees will be billed directly by the courier or customs authority at the time of delivery.
- We are unable to estimate or advise on duty or tax amounts.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, return to sender, or disposal of the parcel. In such cases, we are not responsible for refunds or reshipment costs.
Couriers & Tracking
- Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, which may be transferred to your local postal service, or via DHL or UPS, depending on destination.
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
- Some services require a signature upon delivery. Where applicable, delivery may be accepted by any individual present at the delivery address.
Delivery Responsibility & Risk
- Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, risk of loss passes to the customer.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Orders cannot be redirected, amended, or cancelled once dispatched.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
- Orders marked as delivered by the courier are considered fulfilled.
- We are not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery, including where proof of delivery is available.
- Customers are advised to ensure a secure delivery location.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
- Returned orders due to incorrect addresses will incur re-shipping costs, payable by the customer.
- PO Box addresses are not accepted.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
- Customers are responsible for collecting parcels from their local delivery office if delivery attempts are missed.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned or refused deliveries.
Packaging
- All jewellery is securely packaged in protective cardboard packaging.
- Gift boxes are not included as standard.
- Gift wrapping may be requested at checkout and may incur an additional charge.
